Sarah Drijfhout, the Founder, has 25+ years’ industry experience in the corporate world. A top performer in multiple senior sales executive leadership roles, as well as having worked as a researcher, management consultant with Price Waterhouse Coopers (at the time), and in recruitment. As an executive coach and trained therapist Sarah can go where ever the client needs to go to eradicate blocks and achieve results.
Having worked in multiple roles and markets, sold millions of dollars of business internationally, from product to complex solutions in the recruitment, healthcare and technology spaces, in an inclusive manner, Sarah knows how to get the best from teams and individuals. Sarah recently authored and published the book Gender Dimensions in Leadership.
